Maria Rosa Costanzo, MD is an independent cardiologist, member of the Edward Hospital Medical Staff and Medical Director of the Edward Hospital Center for Advanced Heart Failure. Dr. Costanzo earned her medical degree from the Universiita Degli Studi of Bologna (Italy), completed her residency at Lutheran General Hospital and fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center.
